Knock Knock times four

The girls have been on a "Knock, knock" joke kick for several months. 
This was an interesting take on the joke at lunch today.

Caroline: What's daddy's middle name?
Me: Kevin
C: Okay, mommy, I have four knock knock jokes for you.
Me: Okay, I'm ready.

C: Knock, knock.
Me: Who's there?
C: Caroline
Me: Caroline who?
C: Caroline RuthAnn Welch

C: Knock, knock.
Me: Who's there?
C: Charlotte
Me: Charlotte who?
C: Charlotte Lillian Welch

C: Knock, knock.
Me: Who's there?
C: Mommy
Me: Mommy who?
C: Mommy Marie Welch

C: Knock, knock.
Me: Who's there?
C: Daddy
Me: Daddy who?
C: Daddy Kevin Welch

Then, she added a fifth joke where she did all four of our names.
