Puppet show

We found out about a Christmas puppet show that Houston's Second Baptist church puts on at The Berry Center every year (we'll have to get a group together next year, now that I know about it). Kevin took Caroline in the morning and she enjoyed it so much that we went again in the evening instead of taking her to see The Princess and the Frog.

It was so much fun. Caroline's favorite part was the angel puppets. Kevin liked the camels - one of them spit into a buckets in rhythm with the song. My favorite was when all the puppeteers had on white gloves and clapped in the windows.

The music was popular songs redone to tell the Christmas story. Like "The Manger Zone" instead of "The Danger Zone," "Born to be King" instead of "Born to be Wild," and "Born in Bethlehem" instead of "Born in the USA."
