Butterfly Outing

Last week, we met Kevin's family at the Houston Museum of Natural Science to see the butterflies. Caroline really liked the interactive buttons and flaps in the butterfly exhibit. It was one of my first times to truely experience the will of a toddler as they drag you by the arm to something they want to see. Caroline kept wanting to go back to the beginning of the exhibit.

Caroline was a little shy taking pictures.

This is our youngest niece, Paige, with Kevin's sister Melissa.

Checking out the waterfall.

Here is most of the gang. Kevin's grandma was in town visiting so she got to come too. Kevin's sister, Katy, organized most of the trip.

It's too bad that the only butterflies you can see in the pictures are on Caroline's shirt.

Hi! Thanks for sharing your family's experience. We designed most of the exhibits at kids-eye level - so it's always cool to see kids interacting with them.
