Momo

Caroline has a new favorite word.

When I say favorite, I mean FA.VO.RITE!!

As far as toys go, Caroline's are pretty generic. No Dora, Disney Princess, or My Little Pony... yet. There is her recent Wiggles plush set, but that's about it.

We also have a Sesame street purse and the Sesame street magazine that I get free with my Parenting subscription. We've pointed out the characters a few times. But last weekend, Elmo made his mark.

Soon after my mom (a teacher) asked if Caroline has any two syllable words, out pops "Momo." The funniest part is the position of her mouth when she stops saying it. She just holds it in the "open fish face" that happens when you say the last syllable.

I dug out a beanie sized Elmo that I used to have in college and she's been toting it around all week. "Momo, momo, momo." If I had a dollar for everytime I hear that word, we'd have to move up a tax bracket.
