Leap frog

I don't know about you, but I get really confused when I'm awakened after only a few hours of sleep at night. Here is last night's story...

We put Caroline to be around 8 pm and went to bed ourselves at 11 pm. At 1 am, we were jolted awake by the ABC's. Yes, the ABC's.

I've started putting a few toys into Caroline's crib, in the hopes that it would help her wake up easier without so much crying. So, I put this stuffed leap frog toy in there this week that sings the ABC song.

I'm not sure how she managed this (because she can't make it sing unassisted normally), but the frog started to sing at 1 am. I was so confused that I was looking for the SNOOZE button on the baby monitor. By about "Q," Kevin and I realized what was going on. We were relieved when the song finally stopped, but shocked at the same time to not be hearing a peep from Caroline. So, I rushed upstairs to check on her only to hear the ABC's again!! I'm still not exactly sure how she got it to sing. She may have been standing on it. And then of course, she was awake.
