Old friends...

Yay!! more catching up with old friends.


Kevin, Kenzie, and their three boys were in our area visiting from Tennesse. My e-mail has been down for a day and as soon as it came up this morning, I got their e-mail that they were in town, but didn't have my number. Praise God that my e-mail was back.


We've known them since we worked with Kenzie at UCS and Kevin C. was getting his PhD at A&M. We actually had a couple double dates with them before Kevin W. and I got married. This two Kevin thing is tough to write about ; ) Anyway, they've been great friends and I'm so glad that we can still keep in touch even though they live so far away.


So, we got to visit this morning and I took this picture. I didn't get to meet baby Drew b/c he was napping.


All this catching up reminds me of the song "Old Friends" from the Jim Henson movie "The Christmas Toy."
