We spent Thanksgiving with Kevin's family this year. Since they Aggies were playing the Longhorns for the last time (since A&M is moving conferences), we decided to go to "Midnight Yell Practice." The nice thing about the yell practice befoer this game is that it is held earlier... like 8 pm.
The girls had a lot of fun watching everything. Caroline still isn't too sure about the cannon, but it was great fun to be in such a big stadium with the girls, listening to the band, and watching all the people in the corps show off on the track doing their unusual push-ups.
Granny repainted her dining room and got new dining room furniture, so the kids have been upgraded the kitchen table. I don't know why I didn't get any pictures of the grown-ups, but the kids' table sure was festive!
Now that Grandad is home for good, they were inspired to get all their Christmas decorations out after dinner. There was no shortage of helpers to go through all the boxes and help put the nutcrackers out.
