Carving Pumpkins



We carved our pumpkins after our Sunday afternoon naps were over.  Kevin pulled up a parable for how to share the gospel while carving a pumpkin and he shared the story while the girls and I got to work. 



It took some prodding, but I finally was able to get the girls to get their hands dirty.

Both the girls drew their pumpkin faces with dry erase markers and I carved them.  Caroline also had me put a cross on the back of hers.

I did take a little liberty with them both to make it easier to carve and so they didn't have pea sized eyes.
