Wonderful World of Welch

Caroline made it one week without any accidents. Last Wednesday night it was our friend's couch (sorry guys) and then she had another today... thankfully on the bathroom rug again. She came downstairs wearing only her t-shirt and told me she'd made a mess. I tried to be positive and told her we'd go upstairs and see. She told me that she'd tried to clean it up - she's so sweet.

I put Charlotte's feet against her piano toy today and she kicked and pushed enough to make it play music. She won't look at it... she'd rather look at me. Caroline tried helping her push it a few times by manipulating Charlotte's foot. And when Charlotte did it on her own, Caroline exclaimed, "She did it by herself!!"

I vaccumed the house today. Usually, Caroline camps out on the love seat and observes, but today she shadowed my every move with her toy vaccum. I even think she was stepping near the wheel to turn hers on and off like mine.

The past two days, Caroline has wanted to go outside to check on her seeds. I hope they haven't washed away. There are some sprouts, but I'm never sure if they are weeds or basil until they get bigger.
