Pride before the fall

I have to brag on Kevin for a post.

In case you don't know, we are really into the TV show LOST. (So much so, that I remember attempting to watch it while in the hospital with Caroline's birth.) Kevin downloads and listens to a weekly LOST podcast called "Jay and Jack" every Monday. Well, last week and this week, he called into the show and made it onto the broadcast. He doesn't think it's a very big deal, but I think it's totally cool!!

And now for a mildy embarrassing story...

We went to Wal-mart on Saturday to buy a second car seat for Caroline. We've always made due with one vehicle that she could ride in, but with the baby coming, decided that Daddy's car needs a seat too. Kevin is so sweet that on the last two Sunday's he's played on praise team, he'll take her to get his gear and let me go home by myself. Anyway, the embarrassing part is that he steps out of the van at Wal-mart and I discover that he still has his slippers on. He forgot to change shoes. It reminded Kevin of this...
