Back to work

Well, I'm officially back to work. Cristina and Alex came over to help out this morning and I've been on my own since. I'm getting around pretty well now and haven't needed my pain killers.

I'm so excited that it's been 72 hours and I can take a shower tonight!!

I'm still not sure when I'll feel ready to drive my car. Sitting back against anything sounds a bit scary right now.

Caroline's temperament has been a little up and down the past few days. She picked last Thursday to start having "throw down" tantrums. I was relieved when Kevin got to witness one yesterday, so maybe he knows why I felt the need to call him in the middle of the one on Thursday. I told Kevin that I must have "broken" her since I finally got her MMR vaccine a couple weeks ago. It's possible that she might be getting more teeth or have a sinus/ear infection. I'm having Kevin take her to the dr. tomorrow just to check it out. I think the weekend was pretty hard on her too - not getting to play with mommy. I'm hoping that a more normal week will get us through this rough patch.
