Yum, Easter lunch. Ham, Bacon wrapped green beans (Daddy says, "Mmmm, baaa-con."), hashbrown casserole, and deviled eggs ( No one eats them, but mommy... more for her!).
Okay, she's waited long enough for her Easter basket... since Daddy played for all three Easter services and was gone before sun-up.
She loves opening the eggs.
They have raisins inside... yes, we are one of those parents. Plus, all the Easter chocolate has warnings about being manufactured on equipment used for peanuts. I'm going to have to do my research on candy companies that ensure no possible peanut contamination.
Yay, a book!!
Caroline and Granny watch a new DVD. As soon as Caroline opened her "Praise Baby" DVD, she took it straight to the portable DVD player that was on the desk. I think the association is pretty interesting since she hardly ever sees a DVD in the case (we only have two that she watches and one lives in the upstairs DVD player and the other lives in the portable DVD player).

i didn't want to comment on your mother-in-law's blog, but that video of kevin is hilarious. did he say, "wonky tank"? :)
I love your dress! So cute!
I'm with Carrie--I love your dress!
Caroline is adorable as always. It did take me a minute to figure out what was going on with the bear. Hare... bunny ears...
Our Easter baskets were also light on candy and heavy on books and other little doodads.
Hello! Kate sent me over here becuase I too have a daughter with a severe tree nut/peanut allergy.
It is challenging but also (in a way) a blessing. I know that she has a better diet because we have to avoid so much of the processed food on the shelevs.
We really focus on little gifts instead of food as presents from the Easter Bunny/Santa, and she loves it just the same.
We are very lucky that we live in a time when everything has to be labeled so clearly.
FYI: All of Tootsie Roll's products are nut free.

Also, I called on the Starburst jelly beans two weeks ago, and there was an automated message saying that all starburst products were nut free and processed in a nut free facility.
