Belated Valentine's post

Just wanted to share a few Valentine's Day pictures. We kept the day pretty low key. Kevin got Caroline a balloon. It is huge!! Almost as big as she is. It's still floating around downstairs.

Then, we went to Brian and Tiffany's house for dinner and had our first small group meeting. Dinner was quesadillas - Kevin's favorite! And we are both so happy to be in a small group again. It's been over a year since we moved alway from our old home group, and I'd forgotten how great it is. I wasn't totally sure how it would go, but I really see God is leading us into this group. Caroline did so well at their house too. She warmed up and was playing with Samuel within minutes of arriving... which I feel is confirmation that the Lord is going to help us work out being in a small group with kids. I don't know why I was so worried. My faith can be so small at times. God is faithful to his word.
