Another Christmas Tip

For those of you with young children that don't want to put tinsel on your tree - choking hazard... plus, who wants to clean up the tinsel from the tree and floor.

I saw this on a new Decorating Cents and went right out and made them. Wind metalic pipe cleaners around a pencil and then slide off. Pinch one end around a tree branch.

In the show they had little jingle bells attached on the end, but again - choking hazard.

I used gold pipe cleaners which are 50% off at Hobby Lobby this week in the Christmas craft isle (100 for $1.50). I'll have to take a new tree picture. Kevin insisted that it looked good and not tacky.
