Chocolate milk

I just tried an experiment to get Caroline to drink her new cow's milk. I put chocolate syrup in it. And it WORKED!! Normally, Caroline has taken one sip of the cow's milk and turned her head, but she seemed to almost chug the chocolate milk.

I know what you are all thinking and Kevin has already said it... she is her mother's daughter.

Does it make me an awful mother for giving her chocolate? I guess I'd better put some rich, chocolatey, Ovaltine on my shopping list ; )

MY mommy sent me to elementary school with a little plastic baggie of Nestle's Quick in my Beverly Hillbillies lunch box to put in the carton of milk that you could buy back then for three cents. Wow, now THAT really dates me! (I still won't touch the nasty white stuff, except to get my cereal wet.) Sterling had the same lunchbox by the way - wish we still had them in pristine condition - would go for a lot on ebay!

Ethan would only drink choclate milk for a long time. Now he'll drink white milk when I make him, but he doesn't like it much. So I don't think you're a bad mother. She's gotta drink that milk!

nope...not a bad mommy! sky is not as big into milk as he is into o.j., but when he wants it, he wants chocolate in it. ty loves his chocolate milk, too (well, and strawberry)...and that is the ONLY way i can force myself to drink it. YUCK! i only try to drink it when i'm pregnant usually...haha! i guess i'm only obligated for 3 more months of milk in my life, seeing as this little boy is to be the baby of the family. hahahaha!
