Favorite toy

I thought I would blog today about Caroline's current favorite toy.

She loves her Rock-a-stack. It's one of those fun classic toys that hasn't changed much since I was a kid. Of course the red ring now has a fancy sticker, clear half, and beads that shake in it.

Today at playgroup - which is 2 hours long - she held the yellow ring at least 80% of the time. She loves the toy so much that we have the red ring upstairs, the orange and blue ring in her play zone downstairs, and the yellow and green ring in my purse for the car and outings.

If she is playing with the ring and I pick her up, she'll continue to hold it while I'm carrying her around. I think this is something new she has learned b/c in the past she would let go of her toys when I picked her up. What a big girl. I can't believe she'll be 7 months old next week.
